This is the first and most important part of your onboarding — let’s get it done.

This page walks you through everything you need to complete your application and move forward.
Regardless of your certification level (Free, Silver, or Platinum), all drivers must complete this step to begin background processing and get activated. Here’s what we’ll be collecting:
📄 Active insurance, registration, and driver’s license — documents must be clear and display your full name.
📸 Photos of your vehicle — external shots showing your license plate.
🛍️ Delivery applicants only: 2 catering bags (minimum size: 20x14x14).
✒️ Signed agreement based on your role (Rideshare or Delivery).
🎓 Orientation quiz (58/61 to pass, open-note).
✅ Background check tier selection (Free: 30–45 days | Priority: 2–3 weeks | Expedited: 7 days).
👁️ Vehicle inspection (rideshare only) — waived if completed recently elsewhere.
Once your background check and inspection are approved, you’ll receive login instructions for the Wave Driver App and be ready to accept orders.
